Check IN/OUT generally reserved for Saturdays. Please contact us
for availability of arrival/departure on other days of the week.
Rental price would be prorated.
In order to best allow the staff to prepare for your visit and to
respect the stay of guests just vacating the house and of those following
you, we ask that you respect the following arrival and departure
times: Check In time not prior to 2 p.m., Check Out time, no later
than noon.
Down Payment Policy
50% down payment upon reservation, balance due 60 days before arrival
Cancellation Refund Policy
Reservations are on a first-come basis. Refunds on balances less
a 10% administrative fee up to 60 days prior to departure.

The house comfortably handles six guests, but one or two more can be accomodated
on a sleeper sofa in the big room or on futons. For more than six guests, there
is a surcharge of $100 for each additional guest per week. Refunds are on a
replacement basis only, with 10% administration fee nonrefundable. A 50% deposit
is required to hold your reserved dates. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before
your arrival. Reservations are on a first come basis, held only by deposit.

In general, the property is available on weeks based from Saturday to Saturday.
Gratuities to the staff and ground transportation are not included. Arrangements
can be made (and are recommended) for a day's worth of food and beverages to
be stocked in the house at cost. Julian's Supermarket in Castries and Oasis Market
at Marigot are open on Sunday.
We recommend making your reservation early. Some
rental periods are being booked more than one year in advance.
